Join us to practice meditative self-inquiry with The Work of Byron Katie. During each session, you will identify the stressful (often subconscious) thoughts that were running in a painful or stressful situation, and together we will question them with meditative self-inquiry.
The Work gently removes the stressful effect of those thoughts, by revealing your innermost truth and wisdom. The result is that you experience peace, and even laughter if the thoughts occur to you again in another life situation.
Everyone is welcome! No prior experience is required to fully participate in this group.
